Martin Riggs is the owner and driving force behind the company, bringing decades of hands-on experience across multiple areas of construction and real estate. He began working at just 13 years old, mowing lawns and doing landscaping, often for Property owners and Realtors, which laid the foundation for a lifelong career in building and improving properties and Real Estate investing.

Over the years, Martin has flipped homes, owned rental properties, and held a real estate license, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both construction and property investment. Since relocating to Western North Carolina in 2018, he has continued to grow his business with a focus on quality work, strong relationships, and long-term value for clients.

Martin is also a dedicated family man with three sons, two of whom are already working in the trade. His passion for mentorship extends beyond his own family—he and his crew are actively involved in their church, regularly contributing their time and skills to projects, and Martin is very involved in the church’s youth group.

His leadership, experience, and commitment to both his work and his community are the foundation of the company’s culture and success.
