Santos Mestanza serves as Project Lead and is a key part of the team, known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Originally from El Salvador, Santos has called Western North Carolina home since 2001, where he has built both his career and his family.

With extensive experience across all aspects of construction, Santos brings a well-rounded skillset and a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project. His ability to lead crews, manage job sites, and maintain high standards makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

Santos is a dedicated family man and father of five, and his values are reflected in both his work and relationships. He is actively involved in his church and community, and he continues to enjoy playing soccer in his free time.

His son, Charles, is also part of the extended team, working during school breaks. The connection runs even deeper, as Charles and Martin Riggs’ son, Blake, have played on the same soccer team—reflecting the strong, family-oriented culture behind the company.
